Our winemaker, Mike Roser, is all about balance and finesse. This second bottling of our elegant 2018 Classic Barbera is no exception. Blackberries, black licorice and cinnamon intermingle with spicy cloves and dark chocolate. A soft backbone of tannins leaves a mouthfeel that can only be described as “juicy”. Superbly balanced, this Barbera would be delightful paired with Moroccan Spiced Pork Tenderloin with a warm Cherry Compote.
