Honeydew, lemon-lime and pineapple on the nose invite you to explore its crisp acidity and refreshing citrus palate. With a rich, round, dry finish, this is a great wine to enjoy with friends at the end of a summer day alongside Petrale Sole in Lemon Caper Sauce. Best served chilled.

Roussanne 2018


Beautifully aromatic and elegant with notes of pear, golden delicious apple and butterscotch, our single-varietal 2018 Roussanne is warm and luxurious. One can almost smell the rich creaminess, while flavors of baked apples and butter are reminiscent of a summer morning at grandma’s house. Pair with Trout Almondine for a toasty, buttery flavor experience.

Alicante Bouschet 2018

Prohibition’s “darling” grape, Alicante Bouschet has come a long way! Beautifully complex, our latest iteration has notes of blackberry and caramel on the nose, and black currant and cinnamon on the palate. A full mouth feel and soft tannins round out this rare and unusual ready-to-drink black gold. Pair with deliciously marinated and tender Carne Asada.

The crème de la crème of Barbera, this 31-month American Oak aged single-varietal boasts Jeri’s favorite nose of any of our wines. Velvety-smooth, rich, refined, and rife with spiced crabapple, blackberry and vanilla, this extraordinary nose leads to a dynamic cherry and dark chocolate center with a spicy finish. Winemaker Michael Roser’s masterful touch is evident in each perfectly balanced and highly finessed sip of Cooper’s Barbera Riserva. Perfectly pairs with Sausage Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms for an absolute umami experience.

This fabulous blend is our expression of thanks for the 16 wonderful years owner Dick Cooper and winemaker Michael Roser have spent working in tandem! Serve with lamb lollipops for a spread to impress.

Barbera 2018


Our winemaker, Mike Roser, is all about balance and finesse. This third bottling of our elegant 2018 Classic Barbera is no exception. Luxardo Maraschino Cherry favors, black licorice and cinnamon intermingle with spicy cloves and dark chocolate. A soft backbone of tannins leaves a mouthfeel that can only be described as “juicy”. Superbly balanced, this Barbera would be delightful paired with Moroccan Spiced Pork Tenderloin with a warm Cherry Compote.

Our late harvest Roussanne dessert wine doesn’t disappoint from beginning to end … from the soft peach color to the lovely aromas of pear and honeysuckle to the silken, dry finish. Delicious with a festive platter of blue cheese, dried apricots, cranberries, and nuts.

A whisper of coffee on the nose together with blackberry, leather and just a hint of cinnamon entice further exploration of our 2018 Mourvedre. Our accomplished winemaker, Mike Roser, has once again tamed this sun-worshipping varietal and created a sumptuously rich, deep and spicy wine. Full-bodied with a big mouthwatering blackberry finish, Mourvedre delivers! This is a wine that is very agreeable with food and begs to be savored with something rich and flavorful like Mustard-Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb. Scrumptious!
